Christian Schwarzwald
Born 1971 in Salzburg, lives in Vienna and Berlin. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and Athens. His idea of drawing is that of an all-encompassing and unrestricted medium that has close connections to other media of the arts and disciplines such as music, architecture, literature, philosophy and the natural sciences. His drawings are often combined in installations and in this way are part of a complex system of images.
