Service & Institution

The committee is composed of knowledgeable experts from the fields of art and architecture and consists of eight persons (two artists, two curators or art theorists, two architects or landscape architects, as well as representatives of the State Building Department or the Niederösterreichische Kulturwirtschaft GesmbH). The external members are appointed for a maximum of two terms of office (three years each).

The expert committee acts in an advisory capacity during project development, nominates artists, evaluates the concepts submitted in the course of competitions, and makes recommendations.
